Overall the actual house was great only complaint and its personal preference are the beds are very soft. What made the rating lower was the automated messages with the host since they use AI. I paid for later checkout and was sent three different messages the day before stating I needed to check out at different times other than i paid for. I messaged and didn’t get a response and ended up having to call which was frustrating because why have messaging if it’s all AI and no one can help? Nonetheless when i called they stated it was AI and i should be good. Regardless that was my only complaint was the communication was just frustrating when I came here to relax not worry about my reservation changing last minute as I’m already there.
