A lot of the staff walking around does not speak English, so they were never able to answer our questions and just pointed at someone who did speak English which was pretty annoying. This happened a few times during our stay. The hotel was very nice but there's not nearly enough lighting in the room. And we were placed into a first floor handicapped room which had a handicapped shower that basically just flooded the entire bathroom every time we took a shower. We completely understand the need for handicapped rooms, but it would have been nice to get a heads up because we had to use a bunch of our towels just to dry the bathroom floor.

Room was prepared so well, shower was spotless, mirror was so clean and had a Bluetooth speaker in it. Shook my friends and I. If anything ever came up I was toll to say anything. Great cleaning staff, I’ll for sure be going back when I come back to copper mountain.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location to ski lifts is great. Ski rental on location is convenient . Room could use better lighting and different heat unit. Even with all the lights on, the room was still dark. When the heat unit was on, it was quite loud

Clean rooms and good service. Only bummer is that you have to pay to park at the hotel now, but if you are Choice Rewards member you get 50% off the parking charge. It is a good hotel to use if you do not want to pay for a condo and want to be close to the mountain.

Very typical corporate hotel in a great location. Disappointed that there was no coffee in the lobby but that may be due to the non-guest traffic. Food was a bit expensive but the service was great.

The gap below the door was so wide a towel had to be placed in front to block the bright hallway light. the TV did not turn on when we first tried. A helpful maint man got it working. The staff was great, very helpful. We booked our reservation before the parking fee of 50 dollars was instituted, we won't be back knowing we have to pay that ridiculous price. Never saw any microwave in the lobby and could have used it.

Location was very convenient. Staff was great! Rooms were comfortable. Restaurant food and staff were great….just need more help as it was a busy weekend. I would suggest they do a coffee and quick grab and go buffet as many people would opt for that heading out to the mountain. But the staff did a great job navigating the morning rush.
