Comfortable beds, but very small. NO A/C, was very stuffy in the room, was hard to fall asleep because of this. Bathroom was dirty. Hair left from previous guests. It was ridiculous that they would charge 110DK for a 5-year-old child for breakfast. Mostly minuses, but the main plus is convenient access by train to CPH, plus there is a supermarket nearby.

Adequate, clean hotel

Cabinn is listed as a “budget hotel”. It is definitely less expensive than other available hotels in Copenhagen. The staff were very helpful; provided detailed instructions on public transit to & from the hotel both via messaging before arrival & also at the front desk. The trip to & from the airport & also the center of the city was fine. The room was clean & adequate. It felt like a 1960’s dorm room. The bathroom is so compact that it was difficult to shower without getting the toilet paper roll wet. There was tea, coffee & a hot water pot in the room; some inexpensive hotels do not provide this. I would stay here again; but would first try harder to stay in a small, charming hotel close to the center of the city.

Cabinn Metro is good for a really short stay. The location is great as is a 9 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, and the trains are very regular, connecting you all over the city. There is also a supermarket and mall close by. The hotel lobby is nice, and the staff are friendly, but the room wasn't the best (for the price it was). It was very small, the beds were tiny, no power points near the beds, and you barely get out of the bathroom for one of the beds! The bathroom itself we didn't really use as the shower is next to the toilet with no separate door/curtain. My friend didn't feel safe as there was a power point in there not protected from the water. It really smelled bad in there as well, and in the early hours there was a running water noise for ages. Also no Aircon or fans and it was hot in there! If you want to leave your bags after checkout it's an extra £6! However the room did the job, but would only stay there one night.

Will not stay again.

I have modest needs of any hotel but the one thing I need is a good night sleep. This hotel failed as it was a totally unventilated room apart from the window that opens onto a 4 lane highway. So the the choice is eith being too hot or kept awake by noise of trucks and boy racers. They note that aircon is not common in Copenhagen, but having no fresh air ventilation (the room is airtight) is not forgivable. I will not stay again.
