Loved the size and overall style of the room. Very close to the harbor for strolling around CPH's waterways. That said, the train is very close and while we got used to it rumbling past every 15-20 minutes, it's there. Not a deal breaker but it was there. We chose this hotel for the price/value of it and were pleasantly surprised about the overall friendliness of the staff. It's located in an area that includes offices and apartments so it's basically where the locals live and work. Just what we needed.

Location is very good, if you like walking. The hotel itself is old , bathrooms very old , kitchen oven , dishwasher not clean, sticky stuff on the carpet by the bed . The staff was very sweet in the reception, helpful and always smiling.

The Adina is a little out of the city centre but a short bus (the 27) or 10min walk to Oesterport Station. The room (1bed apartment) was well set out, clean, modern, had everything we expected, the WiFi was good and Netflix was available on the smart tvs. Reception were friendly and helpful. A modern, friendly hotel, highly recommend.

Reception staff members were pleasant and helpful, especially young lady. One restaurant staff was very unpleasant and confrontational (shorter stature female, shorter dark hair). Other restaurant staff were pleasant. Hotel location has limited dining options. 15-minute walk to train station. Netto store is adequate for basic groceries but not cheap. Rental bikes are basic but adequate.

Everything was great except the wi-fi. Upload speeds in the room we stayed in were mostly at 2000s speed - enough to send a jpeg if you wait a bit - but forget about uploading your travel videos to the cloud (with two days exception where wi-fi was, incomprehensibly fast). Maybe no one else was using wi-fi at the time? If the wi-fi gets fixed the hotel gets 5 stars.

We arrived in the morning. As soon as we entered the lobby, a very nice, dynamic and helpful young lady greeted us. She accommodated us with an early check-in (thank God). She also gave us a map and made very good suggestions about things to do. It felt truly like... coming home ! In a city that we were visiting for the first time !! The apartment is very clean, quite spacious, fully and perfectly equipped in all regards. A quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. A lot of places worth seeing and visiting are at a walking distance. There is a very good supermarket, close-by. The breakfast is very, very, very good. You can enjoy it in the restaurant-type area dedicated to that, or in the vast and beautiful, comfortable lobby, where the essential breakfast items are presented in a distinct, large and generous table. And the staff is so helpful, so amica so amicable… it warms your hearth. The difference between this lodging system and a "hotel-hotel" ? More than double the price, for less than half the habitable space, with a lot of services which you don't really need and probably never use. We had a memorable stay in the wonderful city of Copenhagen, thanks to this hotel-apartment. Thank you.
