Spacious rooms, with balcony and kitchen...clean and modern...excellent breakfast...I needed a dentist and the staff directed me to a dentist just blocks from the hotel...it worked out great...would definitely recommend this hotel...would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I like Adina Hotels. Our family really enjoyed staying Adina at Frankfurt. However, we were not happy with this hotel. Check in staff was not so friendly. Bed was small for two people. My wife couldn't sleep well because of smoking smell from somewhere to our unit. Breakfast was just ok.

Wonderful staff Help us in every way It's a must stay place Supermarket just at the corner Best of both worlds Apt and an Hotel Fab pool and Gym open till 11 pm Just a not ex restaurant in hotel closes Sunday but the Italian is open facing the hotel Enjoy

Very comfortable hotel. Only drawback is it's a 10 minute walk to mass transit. Convenient location to the Kastellet and Little Mermaid.

Excellent. Recommended for family trips. Better to have free Internet in rooms, a liitle inconvenience.

Great hotel a little out of the way of neighborhoods and central, but perfect location if you have a cruise ship nearby. Grocery store next door and close to take a nice walk to Kastellet or even a little further to Little Mermaid or Nyhaven. Really nice staff and new nice hotel.

Clean, loved the washer and dryer. Note: takes 3 hours to wash and dry a load. Staff was great and deluxe apartment met all our needs. Would stay here again.

Hot tub, pool sauna and gym. Pizza place right in front of the hotel. They also rent bikes and very close to the bus stop. I would stay there again

Copenhagen is kinda expensive for the family budget conscious travellers. This hotel offered a decent price and a good location just north of the Kastlellet and the Little Mermaid. The supermarket and bakery around the corner help to buy essentials and the Italian Pizzeria over the square means you don't have to eat in the hotel. We walked to Nyhaven in about 40 minutes, but stopped to look at stuff on the way, we enjoyed it here and would stay at an Adina again.

We had spent a week or so traveling Europe before our cruise left Copenhagen. The in-room laundry was wonderful- but bring your own detergent. The prices for restaurants are out of this world- $37 for Fish and Chips. We found the full-line grocery store in the building to be just what the doctor ordered. Would have appreciated free wi-fi in the rooms, but the lobby is large and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable- great 3 star feel. Staff was cheery, spoke perfect English, and very helpful. You can literally see your cruise ship out the window. And, it is a short walk to the Mermaid!

The hotel is new and very comfortable. The staff is generally helpful though not particularly knowledgeableabout the city. The pool and fitness areas are very nice. Negatives were a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. There is no free WiFi in the room which seems cheap given the price you pay. The adjacent grocery store is closed on Sunday so if arriving on that day make other plans.

Was a little worried about the location of this hotel, but it only took about 20 min. or so to walk to Nyhavn. Nice walk along the water. Perfect hotel if you're leaving for a cruise or returning from one. Very close to cruise terminal. Nice coffee shop down the street and grocery store within metres of hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice, large room. Very quiet despite the fact that you're across the road from a railway track. You don't hear it at all. Would highly recommend.

Great location for the Cruise port. Friendly staff. Easy walk to a supmarket (to buy wine for the cruise) and a wonderful little bakery just a few blocks away. Small Italian bistro accross from hotel is a good value in Pricey Copenhagen.

PWe all like the hotel and its facilities. It is very near the Little Mermaid (10-15 minutes walk), Palace (watching the guard patrolling the Palace gate), castle with excellent jogging tracks, and 5 min walk to the DSFS cruise ferry. A supermarket is attached to the hotel, bakery is in next :building. The staff are helpful and friendly. However, some improvements are required, the shower tape water pressure was not sufficient, the road signs to the hotel was misleading and guests walk a long way. withhealuggage are tougharequired :

We arrived by taxi from our cruise ship to be told there was some good news and bad news. We were told there had been a computer problem and they could not honor our reservation that was the bad news. The good news was they upgraded us to the Marriott Hotel in central Copenhagen and gave us a taxi voucher to get there. What they didn't tell us is that the upgrade was for the room only and didn't include any other amenities offered on the executive level floor which meant no TV unless we wanted to pay for it, no mini bar service, no lounge privileges, no bath robes, etc. What we also weren't told was that a marathon was scheduled the next day - our departure date - and the road in front of the hotel and surrounding roads would be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We were advised to get to the airport early to avoid the problem. This meant leaving the hotel before the marathon began for a 2:30 p.m. departure and a six hour wait before our flight. We find it hard to believe the Adina was unaware of this situation when they reneged on our reservation which had been made on August 25, 2012 and cost $348.50.

The room was very clean. The staff was nice as can be you have to remember they are Danes so they can seem cold but thats just the culture. The Mermaid is a nice walk through gorgeous town homes next to the water. Makes you think about buying a summer condo. If you cook and make a mess, leave it and have your room cleaned, yes they will do your dishes. The Otto is pricey but all the resturaunts in Copenhagen are pricey thats why you get a hotel with a kitchen so you dont eat out as much. The italian resturaunt across the walkway was cheap and tasty. There is a bakery a stones throw from the Netto on the corner with fresh pastries and breads for breakfast if you wanna grab something on the way. Take a walk down the street and over the bridge to get to the train, alot faster then the bus. and less stops. This is my 4th trip to Copenhagen and I have stayed at the best (Marriott) and not the best. This hotel gives the feel of a five star hotel with the comfort of being able to raid the fridge on those rainy windy Danish days. But doesnt break the bank. I saved so much money from buying my own groceries. So dont stay here... It was horrible...lol

Nice apartment. Accommodations were great with king bed, hair dryer, kitchenette with dishes, pot & pans, glassware and diswasher. Very clean. Although the desk clerk tried, we could not get ice from the restaurant that seemed to be part of the apartment complex. Turned out that it was not walking distance to the town sights nor the port from which we were leaving. Next time we would probably stay on Nyhaven or at least closer to it.

My stay in the Adina Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen was excellent. I had a studio room, which was plenty spacious, indluding a kitchenette, small table and seating area. My reservation on [...]included the free, plentiful hot/cold breakfast buffet, which was also terrific -- especially the breads, pastries, and made-to-order omlette. The front desk was very helpful with map and directions, and loan of an adapter for charging my blackberry. The lobby area was very comfortable with a fire always going and I made use of the swimming pool, which was adequate for swimming laps. The location was ideal for my meeting at UN House and for public transportation to/from the airport (both a 10 minute walk). Copenhagen's Mermaid landmark was only about a 15-minute walk away. It's a good half-hour walk to the center of town/main shopping district, but not bad, even in winter. I would recommend this hotel for both the business traveler and tourist.

We had a "deluxe" 1 bedroom for a fantastic rate through [...]. To our surprise in addition to a full kitchen, there was also a dishwasher and a stacked washer/dryer. The location was about a 5-7 minute walk from a centrally located metro station, near the Little Mermaid and Kastelet. The apartment itself was impeccably decorated and maintained. We couldn't ask for more.

After being on a cruise for a week, it was great to have a hotel where the (very complicated) washer and dryer were in your suite. Although outside the center of town, everything was easily accessible by the public transport system. Downside is that there are no restaurants nearby except the one at the hotel which was so-so.
