Only a few kilometres away from the popular holiday resort Roche on the Costa de la Luz, and in an idyllic location, this studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a property with 3 holiday apartments. Consisting of a spacious living-dining area with a double bed and integrated, well-equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom, it offers space for 2 persons. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and heating. Outside there is a well-kept garden and a shared pool with waterfall as well as outdoor showers, shared with other guests. The two animals living on the property - the very patient and friendly female dog Pelusa and a small pony - ensure a good mood. The nearby seaside resort of Roche with its shopping and restaurants and the nearest sandy beach is 4 km and 8 minutes by car respectively.
