Great customer service the Nicest crew there room was really clean breakfast was really good the orange juice machine was not working but they went above and beyond and went to the gas station and bought my daughters some orange juice now that’s great customer service will be back again no doubt

Driving late Friday night from NC for a Zundsy Colts game, I left early because of a Winter Weather advisory that was to go into effect Saturday afternoon. I arrived much earlier than I had anticipated, at noon. It was very cold with a wind chill. When I got to the desk at noon, the lady was awesome, finding me a room so I wouldn't have to wait until the normal 3:00 check-in time. She was awesome. I have stayed here many times as a stopover for a Colts game. Five stars all day!

It was a quick check in and check out process. The room was nice and big and clean! Everything was fine except the other visitors that night was loud and running the hallways and slamming doors till after 1:30am, I complained of course because we were just passing through and needed out sleep. We arrived right before 10pm and we ready for bed by 10:45pm but lying in bed was hard to do with all the kids playing and running till after 1am. Overall it was an easily accessible hotel and there was breakfast and coffee.

The place has been recently renovated and it is bright, clean, and pleasant. Staff was lovely. This is a 2 story building with paper thin walls. Bring your earplugs -sleep headphones are not enough. Staff is ill equipped to handle hallway noise and chair overnight. Not their fault at all! Everything else was great.
