We didn’t even stay after seeing 2 different rooms. First room had cigarette burns all over the comforter, was dirty, smelly and the pillows were flat and gross. If you look at the heater (which was blowing on high heat and couldn’t be adjusted) there was scum all over the vent blowing out. The room stunk of cigarettes. You had to walk behind a building to get to the room and it really wasn’t safe. They moved us to a different room and it was slightly better smell wise but still gross. The bed was hard as a rock and didn’t even sink when you sat in it. We went to the front to get a refund. Raj (manager?) had to be convinced to give us a refund. While we waited, we were in the “breakfast” area. Two small tables crammed in a very small space. The bar where “breakfast” takes place was about 3 feet long and already full with a drink machine. We booked this hotel because we were celebrating new years at my brothers 3 miles away and just needed a bed for the night. I read reviews and people stated it was clean and comfortable.

When we first got to the hotel there was water all over the floor and toilet in the bathroom, we went back to the front desk and they gave us a different room! Before we got to our new room the staff was already at the old room fixing the problem!

A pit bull not on a leash rushed out of a room on our way to our room & almost attacked my daughter & I. Room was not the best in cleanliness. Beds are very hard.

Everything was fine, my only complaint was one creepy man sitting in a chair in the doorway with his door open for hours. The room above was a couple of people hanging out on the balcony, drinking and smoking all night. One spitting onto the lower level and nearly hit me with with his spit as I was walking into my room. They were standing outside for most of the night and talking very loudly. If it wasn't for the trashy people who seem to live there I would have rated my stay higher.

Horrible stay

This hotel looked like it was constructed in the 40’s and hasn’t been updated since. My door wasn’t very secure I had to lift up on the handle to get the dead bolt to lock. There was a huge gap under the door. Th bathroom was extremely small and had stains everywhere. The room smelled funny, found no bugs thankfully. Tv was very small and the lighting sucked. The power strip that was built into the night stand didn’t work. I booked this because of the price and it had a pool, no mention of the pool not being open. Very disappointing. Asked for an invoice at check out and was told that I couldn’t get one bc I booked through hotels.com. I would not ever recommend staying here to anyone

The toilet was always clogged. I had to get a plunger every time I used it. The manager even said he had a power plunger, which means the problem is persistent. The chair in the room was shoddy. The pillows were comfortable, and it had good air conditioning.
