It wasn't far from Columbus where we were playing baseball. It was very close to I65. And the outlet mall and dining options were excellent. Breakfast had limited options, but it worked for our family.

Fantastic!!!!

2nd time staying here, and now i think everytime i come to the Edinburgh area, ill stay here. The desk staff is always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is always so fresh, and the people staffing it are like ninjas, you never see them but stuffs always refilled. Beds are comfy, but the pillows are waaay to soft, just like EVERY hotel everywhere, so i have my own pillow with me. Place is always clean and nice smelling, and the parking lot is well lit.

The receptionist was not very warm at all, she did not acknowledge us when we arrived, true she was with another customer that took about 19 minutes…… Never say I’ll be with in a moment????very unwelcoming When we did get up to the desk “nothing” no thanks for waiting or sorry that took so long, nothing. The room seemed very loud from traffic noise. Think it was coming through the air conditioning unit that was hooked through the exterior wall. Also the window did not lock and that could have also added to the traffic noise. Room and hotel were very clean. Hotel seems to have been recently renovated and was not outdated or needing any repairs.

Honestly, not sure how this place had such good reviews. I wasn’t expecting much with it being a Comfort Inn, but the reviews made this place sound so nice. The entire place felt unclean from the moment we entered the hotel. Our room had the most musty, smokers smell. We all stayed with a headache, coughing, and sneezing our entire stay. The staff was very polite & everyone during breakfast was so kind. We were in town for a graduation, and it was the most centralized location for our stay. It was nice being so close to the mall. Other than that, we would never be back. If you just need a quick place to stay overnight, it should be fine - any time other than that, I would not recommend.

There were several other guests checking in when we arrived. The front desk staff person was friendly and did her best to get everyone checked in as quick as possible all while answering the phone with a difficult caller in the middle of it all. I believe she could benefit from additional training on the reservation/check in systems. Upon entry to our room we were greeted with an animal urine smell. The hotel was near capacity so we used our own means to make our environment better for our senses and allergies. The breakfast selection was plentiful and very tastey. The breakfast staff was friendly, helpful, and a wonderful human.
