Great location with easy access to Franklin downtown area or go into Indianapolis. Hotel seems new and very clean. The breakfast is alright nothing to get excited about the coffee is good.

Our check in was less than enthusiastic and we felt like we interrupted their break time. The room was nice but the cobalt blue wallpaper in the bathroom had drips and stains on it. The breakfast was okay. A small typical hotel breakfast..
