Check in was fine. We parked and entered the other entrance. One door has no glass in it. The outer door is missing the lock mechanism. This entrance is run down. The phone in the room only takes up table space. Doesn’t work and all labels are removed. Unable to connect to wifi so i tried calling the hotel. Kept getting message “call forwarding is not available at this time. Please try again later.” I went to the front Desk and the employee said their phone was off the hook. What? Other guests were loud frequently throughout the entire night. We will not stay here again.

Never checked in as I requested early check in and sad I was willing to pay cost if the room to get in early. Admittedly it was about 11:00 but I said I’d pay. Young male person in ski hat said “checkin is at 3”. I said “you must have one room I can check into to” and his reply was “can’t you hear, checkin is at 3 because that’s when cleaners come in”. I said “thanks I’ll try somewhere else”. He said “it’s Indiana law that you can’t check in until three” which of course isn’t true. Even though I had prepaid the room, I left and drive across the street less than 1/2 mile and was immediately checked into Hampton Inn very politely and was even extended my Hilton’s Honors discount. I’ve owned a business since 1988 and have done my share of traveling but this is the rudest treatment I’ve ever experiences. I have evidence to prove my story if needed

TEN TIMES BETTER THAN THEIR NEIGHBORING SISTER HOTEL! The hotel manager let us check in 8 hours early, friendly staff and great customer service. The first room we checked into, after a short 4 hour nap, I felt something crawling on me. After searching forever, I found bed bugs. Videoed the evidence for the front desk and they were able to move me to a suite at no charge, stayed in the room for two nights and very positive it did not have any bed bugs. They told me there would be a discount on my original transaction, however I haven’t noticed a difference on my statement. We had to book an extra night and got that at discounted price. After the bug situation I learned my original room was or was supposed to be on block. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience. To be totally honest after Econo Lodge, the bed bugs weren’t the worst part of the trip.

The staff at this hotel were great! Very friendly, competent! The bed & pillows were comfortable. My son did not want to swim in the pool because it did not look clean. The water for my shower never got hot, then 2 minutes into my shower it cooled down even more. Overall, this hotel served it's purpose for a one night stay.

I was there for 2 months and the room was great. I only had the breakfast once, not much to choose from. The parking lot needs a lot of attention, it makes the hotel look run down.
