We didn’t even stay after seeing 2 different rooms. First room had cigarette burns all over the comforter, was dirty, smelly and the pillows were flat and gross. If you look at the heater (which was blowing on high heat and couldn’t be adjusted) there was scum all over the vent blowing out. The room stunk of cigarettes. You had to walk behind a building to get to the room and it really wasn’t safe.
They moved us to a different room and it was slightly better smell wise but still gross. The bed was hard as a rock and didn’t even sink when you sat in it.
We went to the front to get a refund. Raj (manager?) had to be convinced to give us a refund. While we waited, we were in the “breakfast” area. Two small tables crammed in a very small space. The bar where “breakfast” takes place was about 3 feet long and already full with a drink machine.
We booked this hotel because we were celebrating new years at my brothers 3 miles away and just needed a bed for the night. I read reviews and people stated it was clean and comfortable.
