We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The onsite restaurant was fantastic. It is located about a mile from the downtown shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised. Eggs, grits, biscuits and gravy and sausage. There was also oatmeal, cereal and pastries. We would stay here again.

The room was very clean and I really enjoyed being right there on the river with quick access to the riverwalk. The shower was really nice as well and the bathroom has a very upscale feel to it. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was pretty good. They had a decent variety of breakfast items to choose from. I would definitely book here again.

Positions itself as high end boutique and failed to meet the standards. Room service was a no show , v. Cheap TP, v. limited hanging space, no safe, only one chair in the room, breakfast v similar or less than the Hampton Inn model. The idea to renovate an old building was good and that part came out well. Has potential but a ways to go to meet “high end “ levels.
