3 bedroom 1.5 bath pet friendly apartment with pet $75 fee. This recent remodel is located in the Georgetown neighborhood in SW Columbia. This property is in a rental neighborhood approx 10-15 from Mizzou and downtown and is ideal for 1-4 guests due to size but easily sleeps 6.

The interior of this fresh remodel includes all new furniture , new stocked kitchen , laundry, coffee bar, stocked bathrooms, 4 smart TVs .

Property includes private fenced back yard and a shared front yard

Property just went through full remodel with all new furniture. It’s ideally suited for longer stays of 1-4 guests but easily sleeps six. Master has king mattress and Bedroom 2 , Bedroom 3 have queen mattresses

One parking spot available on left side of shared driveway off MillBrooke or several spots in front of the house with sidewalk to front door. If parking in driveway you must walk through yard to reach front door of unit.

Unit is approx 10-15 from Mizzou and downtown

Property is very well stocked has in unit laundry
