Room was very small, especially for a "king bed with suite". Bathroom was uncomfortably small and the tv was surprisingly small especially since the one tv in the room was supposed to be seen in the entire "suite". We ran out of toilet paper, soap dispensers were empty. The bed was comfortable at least!

Not too bad at all.

The view goes from meh to great depending on which side you're on. The front staff was always courteous everytime we walked past them. Quiet enough area even being next to busy streets and in a shopping center of all places. My only negative (and boy was it negative) was for the pillows in our room. They smelled absolutely horrid! So much so that I spent my own money for a disinfectant spray. Also, they were the flattest pillows I've ever felt in my life. Overall it was still a decent stay.

The only recommendation I make is to consider a project to build a small area (dog park), so that it is safe to take pets for a walk in the area, and this way I think many problems are avoided in the internal areas of the hotel. Gracias

It was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was a hit for my daughters and the fitness center was probably the best attraction of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

Excellent Service

Short stay. Was easy to find and was very nice. The breakfast offered was delicious. The washer and dryer units were convenient and easy to use. The staff was always so friendly and eager to help. They also greeted me and others as we entered (with a smile) and addressed me as I left.
