Staff were very accommodating and helpful esp Phillip. However, the room was dark and carpets felt and looked dirty. The room smelled musty.

The staff was friendly. The pool was clean and not too cold or too warm. My room... i can only speak to the room i was in... the hot water in the shower was basically non existent, i could get it warmish and then if someone flushed a toilet or something i got a blast of cold. The showerhead pipe was so low (and I'm 5'3") that i had to pull out some weird childhood gymnastics back bend to wash my hair. The carpet was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, television was new, though i didnt use mine. I wish the beds were queens, but I'm small and a full was fine. The one bed had a little blood on the duvet cover... so i didnt sleep in that bed. I had awful overhead neighbors that constantly stomped and pounded late into the night, i called the front desk the first night...didnt seem to help, but that isnt the hotels fault, those were just rude people. Walls seem a little thin, could hear a lot of outside noise that i dont normally hear at other hotels. But the room was clean-other than the spot of blood on the duvet cover- and the staff was very friendly!

The staff was excellent. Andrea was so helpful and just a kind person. Breakfast was ok and the buildings themselves were older. The rooms were clean and I have complaints.

Outdoor courtyards are nice. Room smelled/could really use some fabrize. Lock falling off door.

The staff is very professional and attentive. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and the location is great. The rooms are somewhat dark and feel enclosed.

The location is great for hiking and mountain access, but the hotel is old and needs remodeling badly. The toilet in our room didn't work well, but the room was otherwise functional.

Close to highway and Colorado Springs attractions. Needs to have greater attention paid to cleanliness.

The room is nice and the property is decent, the staff is great my only complaint is the thin walls and lack of fridge and microwave in the room. Microwave is the lobby works fine but not having a fridge does factor the possibility of future booking.

Pool was not clean, hair was in dryer, floors and door was dirty, property was sketchy, I asked for no room service and it was done anyway, fruit was spoiling, ran out of coffee cups, the price should have been half what I paid for the room I got and the amenities.

Not what I expected for the name. Motel 6 would had looked better compaired to this.

The rooms were not bad, but housekeeping did not clean our room. Also, it needs some uplifting outside. The breakfast was horrible. All carbs.

Even though there were three new arrivals waiting, we all were warmly welcomed as Dawn checked us in quickly and professionally. The room was clean and the grounds were nicely maintained.

Good location. Only one working ice machine. No protein options at breakfast. Overall, meh.

hotel is old and in need of repair. The breakfast is very basic. The room was clean and partially upgraded. Our stay was OK.

Reasonable hotel for price. Room could have better lighting.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. It also had a small refrigerator and a microwave.

Nice pool and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Thanks and God Bless the Staff.
