We have stayed at several La Quinta properties and always enjoyed ourselves so when we booked this location I expected the same experience. But to my surprise it was an old run down motel yes they were remolding so i let that go but then we walked into the room and I dont think they even cleaned it. The comforters, sheets and towles all had stains on them the tub looked dirty and there was a dark moldy spot on the ceiling. And when my baby grand son was walking around on the lamolium floors in his socks they turned black so i know the floors weren't even cleaned. For the price we spent on this place I expected better quality I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room were given look like it was used for storage we had rolled bed in it.we asked for towels and told they have any until the next day.I had to go get them my and was only given for two towels,I told her we were three persons in room , she had more towels with her, but told they for other guests . We will not stay there again. The person had a very bad attitude . The pool looks very dirty and green. We have stayed on other La Quntia they great service

Run down dump with a constant presence of homeless and sketchy people Cops were there 3 times in 2 days Property and rooms are rundown

Although the rooms have been recently remodeled, the bathrooms were still showing their age. Some of the paint above the shower was peeling. We were given a room with a door to an adjoining room. Our neighbors were speaking in normal to excited voices. We could hear every word and couldn't sleep. I suggest asking for a room that doesn't have the connecting door to an adjoining room. The breakfast was the most basic that I've seen. Some waffles and fruit. No butter. I guess it is time to start paying more for a hotel.

Older property, does not handle covid well. No room servicing lack of towels. Locks didn't work

(1) The room's window was inadequately covered in a way that allowed light from a very bright property light outside the window come streaming in all night long. (2) Only one bath towel was provided, necessitating a special request. (3) The area is noisy — all night long.

Good location, staff responsive to requests. However, on check-in had a broken chair, a cable box that wasn’t working, and the wall lamp over the desk/table was broken and hanging oddly. Lots of dirt and dust on the floor, didn’t look like room was swept very well prior to arrival. Bed comfortable. Nice 1st floor location with outside entry was nice for pet owners, and hotel is pet friendly. Room had good space.

Room was clean, quiet. Good location to Garden of the Gods and easy access to highway

La Quinta show tear down and rebuild hotel. This type of Property ruins the brand.

The village-like set-up was enchanting. The rooms were clean and well air-conditioned. We got a great sleep. The exterior is rife with rust, peeling paint, dirt, and litter. The pool was closed.

Recently remodeled. Nice shades. Pool was closed. No breakfast. Short on towels.

The exterior of the property is run down- broken concrete, rusted railings, not clean, trash around the place. The rooms were a bit better than I expected- looked renovated in maybe the last 5 years. When we checked in we found out the pool wasn't working, there was no continental breakfast (there are ways to do that even with covid), and the Discover card reader didn't work. There were people outside smoking weed and the screen on one of the room windows looked like someone tried to pry it off. If I didn't have to stay there I wouldn't have. On the plus side- the staff was nice.

Dangerous, decrepit and dirty. The builing was rusted. Stairwell concrete was rusty with broken steps that i tripped on. The elevators were disgustingly dirty. This place should be condemned!! Majorly overpriced gkr what we got - which was nothing - no breakfast ir coffee. Had to request a change in room because the first too. Was dirty and smelly. Our choices of hotel was limited as it was a late booking. Dies not luve up to the La Quinta brand.

If you need to be close to UCCS and looking to save money La Quinta will do. Close to the freeway. No issues, just very budget.

Place is just a getto Homeless guy during beer on the grass by the parking lot Rooms old used up beds and furniture No towels in room had to go down stairs to ask and wait for 2 hours Avoid

The pics are deceiving. This is a low end, run down property. Rooms accessed from outside. Floor in elevator was peeling off. The fitted sheet on the bed barely fit. I was worried it would pop off in the night and my head would hit the nasty mattress. There was water around the base of the toilet. I had to put a towel down and it was soaked. No mirror over the sink. I am glad I only had it for one night.

This place is absolutely disgusting.smelled of animal urine. Sheets had stains. They literally just make the bed without cleaning it. The floor was DISGUSTING. The counter was dirty. I had to clean the toilet before we could use it. They had no other rooms available. It was late and my children was tired so we had to stay there luckily I had some blankets so they didn’t have to touch that disgusting ass bed. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!Do not stay here. If I could insert the pictures I would!!! A complete waste of money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Also “breakfast included” WAS A LIE. They said “due to Covid.” Ummmm due to Covid y’all should be shut down for trying to run a disgusting place like that especially during a pandemic!!! The front desk said they would give me a refund. When I asked them about it in the morning they said they can’t do anything I have to go through orbitz. Believe me I will!!!

What a disappointment for the reputation of La Quinta Inn & suites. Towels were dirty looking, the table leg was broken, the room phone didn’t work and even the WiFi didn’t work! After calling the night clerk from my cell due to room phone not working, he didn’t seem to care much. A minimal breakfast would have been appreciated...coffee or fruit....
