Theft issue: we left the room to go to the pool, as the cleaning lady was entering our room to replace the towels. We left for the pool, and when we came back my wallet and my wife’s purse was moved from its position and the money in my wallet and my wife’s purse was gone.

We had booked a king suite when we arrived the room had issues so they put us in a standard suite. The hotel was dingy and not kept up worse Hilton I have stayed at. Worse park the pool was closed for issues as well.

The room had no hot water for 3 days. When I requested a Cheap Tickets representative speak to the manager to end my stay, the manager refused. After her refusal, I left the hotel 4 days early and paid for a different hotel altogether. This is the worst hotel experience I have experienced in over 40 years. The manager was rude to me and the Cheap Tickets representative.

The breakfast bar did not have items that I prefer for breakfast. The bathrooms bath tub had been painted over and rust was showing under the peeling process. The carpets need to be shampooed.Did not have a pleasant order in the room. The lobby however was more maintained and appealing.

Room had trash left behind. The hotel was not as nice as I expected, especially since 'Hilton' is in the name. I paid for breakfast and it was actually pretty bad. Probably the least appealing food I've seen served at a hotel anywhere. Breakfast attendant had an attitude. She served me coffee in a dirty cup.
