In the fantastic town of Olgiasca, on Lake Como, stands Villa Michelangelo, a modern jewel, full of style and comfort, capable of guaranteeing the customer an unforgettable holiday. You will be able to admire the most beautiful view of Lake Como. Unique in its kind, the splendid panoramic position allows you to reach the mountains, the lake and the center of Colico in just a few minutes. The Villa is independent and fenced, with a surface area of ​​over 2000 m2, and is positioned on two floors, with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Ideal for hosting groups or large families, giving the opportunity to spend time all together, in the vast spaces that the property offers, all surrounded by a green park full of flowers and plants typical of our lake. The upper floor is characterized by a large open space lounge, with a modern kitchen complete with all the latest generation appliances. A fabulous extra-large sofa allows you to enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the panoramic window, with plays of light, which in the evening hours will make the view unique. A large table overlooks the panoramic window and will allow the whole group to spend unforgettable moments, lunches and dinners. A 65" multi-language Ultra HD 4K smartTV will complete your entertainment. The two bedrooms are respectively one double and one triple with single beds, with memory comfort mattresses. Bathroom complete with shower cubicle with chromotherapy. An illuminated marble staircase leads to the lower floor, where we find a double bedroom, two bathrooms, a triple bedroom and the laundry room. In the fourth bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed, with an independent internal bathroom, for those who prefer maximum privacy. A cellar with an exposed stone wall can give life to romantic candlelit dinners. Outside, the villa is equipped with a gazebo with exposed wood, where it will be possible to spend fantastic evenings, cheered by the view of the lake and the lake breeze. For your entertainment, five-a-side football and table tennis are at your disposal. At your disposal are the fiber wi-fi service and independent secure parking inside the villa for 3 cars.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. This was a great find! Nestled in a quiet quaint hilltop community, the house and property are very clean and well taken care of. 4 decent size bedrooms with very comfy beds. Amazing views of Lake Como and the mountains.Host was very responsive and accommodating. Perfect stay at Lake ComoWe stayed at Michele’s villa with 8 people and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: the villa was very clean, the infinity pool was beautiful, and the view over Lake Como was stunning. Michele is a very friendly and welcoming host, who even helped us reserve a local restaurant where we enjoyed excellent food at a fair price. The villa is also a great base to explore different towns around the lake as well as Milan. We would definitely recommend this place!

Our family loved this property and would love to stay again. The property is well appointed and allows plenty of room for everyone to relax and soak up the beautiful views. We really enjoyed staying at this location. A bit of a drive from the small towns with ferries, but it was a lovely property with awesome pool and view! The check in was very easy and it was well equipped! There was a lot of information for things to do. Especially loved the little market that we walked to every day for fruit, cheese, bread and more. Also, a lovely little hotel/restaurant called Concha Azurra (I think) that we could walk to around the corner and the food was delicious and service great! would love to return to Olgiasca!

Most amazing Villa and location

We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will return some day. Truly amazing and highly recommended.

Amazing Installations

Accomodations very well conserved! All perfect. Kitchen very equiped with all necessary items to prepare your own meals. Several items to your leisure like tennis table, soccer table, books, tourists infromations...also, good place to make a delicious barbecue...nice vision of the lake and nice swimming pool shared with others houses.
