Central lounge room with seating, and large television (with USB port); Double bedroom has television with in-built DVD player. WiFi for guests; Board games; DVDs. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooktop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring standard Nespresso compatible pods), and large fridge with freezer on bottom. Front load washing machine; Clothes dryer; Rotary clothesline in rear yard.
