Reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in lounge room; Ceiling fan in lounge room; 3rd bedroom (queen and single) has ceiling fan. Central lounge room with seating, and large television (with USB port); Double bedroom has television with in-built DVD player. WiFi for guests; Board games; DVDs. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooktop, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring standard Nespresso compatible pods), and large fridge with freezer on bottom. Front load washing machine; Clothes dryer; Rotary clothesline in rear yard. Enclosed outdoor entertaining area; Seating and dining; Weber Q gas barbecue; Gas ring and pot for crab cooking; Pot belly heater.
