Amazing Property and Location

Phenomenal location with views of downtown. Safe and walkable neighborhood with restaurants nearby. The house has plenty of rooms and bathrooms, workspaces, and comfortable mattresses. We were able to walk across the Hope Memorial Bridge to Rocket Arena for a Cavs win. Loved this place, would stay here again, and would be interested in buying the property if ever available.

Bday/St. Paddy's day celebration

second house same night

group of 24 guys doing a golf trip in ohio this year..we rented this house and another that slept 16 by the same renter. both were well-cleaned, perfectly comfortable and really easy to get in and out for just the single night. we had a blast and will definitely be going again

Great option - lots of space

Pros: All surfaces seemed very clean, especially bathrooms and kitchen. Wide open shared spaces and a fun deck. Right amount of rooms and beds for our group. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Justin was perfectly responsive and I never had to ask a question - he made sure we knew what we needed to know. Cons: only a couple small things. Temperature control (a lack of ventilated air or fans) in the bedrooms was mentioned by all of my people. And the bedding on each of the beds was very limited - I only had a fitted sheet and the thin quilt on top. Another person mentioned only having a top sheet, no fitted. Pretty sparse pillows. That kind of thing. Neither a pro or a con for us, just noted: the house is very echoey. Concrete floors mean sound travels aggressively. Not a problem for us as we all went to bed early and woke up around the same time. Just a not for someone who that could be a factor. I would absolutely book here again, I would just tell everybody to bring their own pillow and maybe a blanket, along with a travel fan if you are used to more air movement while you sleep.

Family Fun

This house was perfect for a family birthday celebration. We were able to walk to breweries and restaurants as well as enjoy hang out time at the house. Hope to do it again.

Big House and Great Location

We stayed at the Lucky Duck for a bachelorette party. It was the perfect spot to host our large group with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house is in a great location- 5 minutes from all of the places we went over the weekend. The hosts were prompt in communication when we had additional questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

Great location between Tremont and Ohio City. Easy walk to downtown for sporting events. House was clean and nicely decorated. Great spot for a group of friends or family. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Great House

This property was great and the property manager, Justin, was very quick and helpful with communication and accommodations. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the HVAC. Uncertain if something was wrong with the system or if it just couldn’t compete with all the windows, but the temperature only kept climbing throughout our time. Even though it was set at 68 it claimed to over 80 degrees. It made hanging out out and sleeping in the space fairly uncomfortable. Justin did issue a small/partial refund for our trouble. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it was unfortunate and I would definitely check about the AC situation if I were to ever stay again during the summer months.
