Host allowed early check in (although was not utilized) but outside of that this property was a 1.5 or a weak, struggling 2/10. Photos & concerns were already sent over during time of check in but no resolve. Host states we “missed service” but this is untrue since there was always someone there. NUMEROUS bugs ranging from flies to gnats, spiders to some type of ladybugs and tree bugs, ring around tub, whole banister was full of gunk & stickiness, dirty area rugs, linen on floor in all closets, 9 remotes but only 1 worked for tv in the bedroom (nothing worked for living room tv so couldn’t watch) not that it mattered because apps didn’t work, WiFi instructions were a joke (network sent to me was different than the 1 on the welcome sheet in the house which was different than the 1 on the bedroom tv). I was told to try all of this nonsense to try getting the router to work. It never did. Sister had to go elsewhere just to get time sensitive documents completed for work. There are items that are broken/loose & hanging off of the wall. Living room fireplace was advertised yet it is a 3 prong cord but the outlets & extension cords are 2 prong. When discussed with host, she said “it is summertime.” Does this matter since it’s advertised?! We were trying to use it for the lights, not heat (again doesn’t matter) for calming down anxiety after almost loosing a family member at UH. The nerve! Too many ppl on & off property cutting grass, moving trashcans to & from side of house. Scary.
