Need to fix air conditioner

Everything was fine except Air Conditioner. It was too noisy, running like aeroplane acceleration before fly. Besides noise, when it starts cooling then room was too cool and when AC was sitting idle then sweating started.

Our friends stayed in the room next door. They paid $179 a night and we paid $321 with raves. They got a better deal with Expedia. The hotel manager was nice enough to reduce the second night a bit.
