Hotel centrale, fronte stazione. Impossibile trovare parcheggio (e vigili urbani molto attivi), usufruito di quello, chiuso e custodito, dell'hotel (a pagamento). La struttura è pulita e in ordine, forse un po' datata (marmi, bagno e mobilio) ma ineccepibile. Buona la colazione, ben fornita. Prezzo conveniente.

Hotel in centro a Civitanova con arredi piuttosto datati e privo di ristorante. Pessima connessione internet, wifi non funzionante e personale non in grado di risolvere il problema, ho dovuto usare l'hotspot del telefono. Inadatto per viaggi di lavoro specie se di più giorni. Colazione discreta, ma questo non giustifica il costo decisamente alto per i servizi della struttura

이 지역의 호텔들이 다 그렇듯 인테리어는 고풍스럽습니다. 냉장고 캐비넷 안에서 휴지가 하나 발견되었고, 테라스의 플라스틱 의자에는 며칠 전 온 비로 먼지가 앉아 있었지만 객실은 대체로 깨끗하게 관리되고 있습니다. 아침 일찍부터 객실 청소를 시작하고, 객실 청소하는 분은 친절합니다. 치비타노바 거리의 다른 호텔들은 택시로 이동하기엔 거리가 애매하고, 짐이 있는 경우는 좀 부담스러운 이동거리이지만 이 호텔은 역 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어 이 부분에서 편리합니다. 바로 앞에 슈퍼도 있어 (비수기엔 영업시간을 확인하세요!) 간단한 간식이나 음료수를 살 수 있습니다. 레스토랑은 조식(예약시 무료 조식이었음) 간단하고 실속있게 먹을 수 있지만 점심이나 저녁 정찬이 가능한지는 모르겠습니다. 이 지역에 오시는 경우라면 보통 외부에서 식사를 하실 테니 크게 문제는 없을 것 같습니다.

The check in was quick and the receptionist was pleasant. The room was pretty clean but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was someone else's hair in the bathroom sink and the counter needed to be wiped down. The shower head also needed to be cleaned as it was dirty. The hotel is also right next to the train station which is very convenient. Overall it was a good stay for one night but I think they need to improve on cleanliness.

Schön, gut gepflegt, sauber, gute Lage

Ein schönes, sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Um zum Strand zu kommen muss man entweder 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen, im Hotel gibt es aber wohl auch kostenlos Fahrräder zu leihen (haben wir nicht ausprobiert). Die Zimmer sind super sauber, ein kleiner (gut funktionierender!) Kühlschrank hat unser Bierchen für den Abend gekühlt. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht - Restaurants, Läden ... Ein Platz in der Parkgarage kostet 9.- €, da ist das Auto sicher versorgt. Frühstück gab es im Hotel keines, aber direkt um die Ecke eine kleine Bar mit leckeren Croissants und ähnlichem. Wer abends in eines der vielzähligen schönen Restaurants gehen will sollte allerdings reservieren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
