Arrived for room at 11pm to find out the reservation was cancelled by the staff after “attempting to” contact me. Had already paid for everything and essentially received a shrug of the shoulders and a “too bad” mentality. Borderline worst service I have ever received, despite checking in on the app, calling the day before and confirming and paying they did absolutely nothing. Honestly, every person working the night of 5/2 should be let go or given a seminar in customer service or at a minimum how to interact with humans in a helpful or meaningful way. Pathetic.

This hotel was extremely clean and in a perfectly located area. Their breakfast offering was typical. They did replenish some items as needed. Staff was friendly. We will definitely go back there if making a trip to Cincinnati.

10/10 stay at this Hampton Inn. Sal, the front desk manager, greeted us the moment we walked into the lobby and somehow made check-in… enjoyable (which is saying something). The 6th-floor river- and skyline-facing views are outstanding. Room was spacious, spotless, and exactly what you want after a travel day.
