Stay overall was good, a few things let it down but not enough to ruin our trip - parking, due to the christmas market and the high street being shut there was no parking so we were told to park in the school (10 minute walk away) it wasnt until the following morning that we saw a sign saying no overnight stays, its a parking eye car park so waiting to see if i get a fine - i told reception who said he would look into it but didnt hear anything back. There is a small car park at the spa with EV charging point (i have an EV) but these spaces were all taken by standard cars meaning i both couldnt park nor charge my car, there isnt many places to charge so this did cause a problem on our return journey. Wi-fi - this didnt work at all the first night and then extremely poor signal our second night, we were in the cottages so assume this was why Condition - the hotel seems fairly dated throughout and due a refurbishment although kept very clean Overall i would recommend for the high street location staff are all friendly and helpful, the parking and charging situation let it down for us a bit

I wouldn't choose the feature room again as my personal preference is not to have a free standing bath and the washbasin in the bedroom but it might suit some. The hotel is in a great position has plenty of character the bar/restaurant are very good and the staff very attentive. Parking is around the back of the hotel but very useful and seemed to have plenty of space.

Traditional Cotswolds hotel set in lovely gardens with easy parking at the rear. Service was always delivered with a smile and was prompt. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was nice, well-cooked and fresh. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean with a massive bathtub. The room was clean, although the lights were very annoying! We used the spa, which is clean and never felt crowded, my wife had a treatment and she said it was very good. Overall happy with our weekend getaway.

Very rude female clerk at check-in. Given attic room with bed at one end of the room and bathtub at other. No shower. Separate windowless loo. Attuc beams made walking without hitting one's head difficult. Parking far from reception and difficult to access.
