This property was exactly as advertised and matched the photos perfectly. The condo was spotless upon arrival, with a very comfortable bed, beautifully updated bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with quality appliances and cleaning supplies. Guests should be aware that pantry staples such as olive oil and condiments are not provided, so plan accordingly.Parking in this area can be challenging and quite busy, so the included parking garage was a great convenience. However, the garage is tight, shared with three other vehicles, and requires backing in from a narrow alleyway—manageable, but worth noting for larger cars.The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, though it was a bit farther from downtown than expected once traffic was factored in. The living area was nicely furnished, though the seating was a bit firm, and the nearby AC unit could be somewhat noisy at times.The only real downside was noise from the upstairs tenants, likely from small children running and playing during early morning and late evening hours. This was beyond the owner’s control but did make it harder to sleep in on vacation.Overall, this is a beautiful, well-maintained rental with an exceptionally accommodating host. We appreciated the early check-in and check-out options and the added security of smart locks and gated parking. Despite minor noise issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again.

House was spotless. Parking was tight, wouldn't want to try that alley with an SUV or truck. Neighborhood was cool but not walking distance to any tourist attractions. Overall experience was positive and would recommend it to anyone going to Chicago.

We came to Chicago to attend a Notre Dame Game. Group of 8. My husband and I stayed on floor one. The rest of the group stayed on 3rd floor. Safe and clean. Fully stocked, host was gracious and communicative. Location is 15-20 minutes from all the main attractions and near the freeway we had to take to go to South Bend. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property with great updates and decorated very nice. There was coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was very clean and well supplied. The shower was absolutely amazing. Wish we hadn’t been working so we could have enjoyed everything more and seen the sights. We hope to be back!

Jessica’s condo is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! Clean, close to so many different restaurants and spots to visit. Having a garage to park in and not having to find street parking was wonderful!! The outside patio was our favorite. The perfect little spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors without feeling like you’re in the heart of the city. We had an amazing stay!!

The property exceeded our expectations and was much more spacious than anticipated—perfectly accommodating our group of five adult women. The location was ideal for visiting Navy Pier and enjoying various attractions with the Go City Pass, all without the hassle of staying directly downtown.The included garage and free parking were a major bonus, especially in the city. While we brought many of our own supplies, the home was well-stocked with the few items we did need.We experienced one minor issue with the air conditioning, but the property manager resolved it remotely while we were out to dinner. We returned to a comfortably cooled home, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay!
