Excellent location. 30 minutes walking to most major attractions. Parking is not great but there are plenty of places to park for a price. The location itself is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Small messages asking how your day is going is a nice touch. Hands down the best feature is its central location to major events and tourist spots. I would highly recommend it just for its central location.

Everything down to the staff, the room, and the location was amazing. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I stay in Chicago again. I love the fact that I arrived at 10:00 AM to my hotel and they were willing to let me into my room early and even let me pick the floor that I wanted. On my last day there when I was checking out, they held my baggage while I was moving out and about through the city before my flight in the evening. They were extremely accommodating with any questions that I had and my room was spotless. Definitely recommend this hotel!
