The location is excellent. The availability of hot water at all times is very convenient for me. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were more varied. Parking in Chicago is really expensive.

Clean room, friendly front staff, first day breakfast omelettes were really burned and stiff so not very tasty, second day egg popovers were delicious!, our room was not cleaned at all during our 3-night stay even though we were told it would be cleaned every other day meaning it should have been cleaned at least once during our stay so we needed towels and our trash cans were full - got towels at front desk, but shouldn't have had to

The heater was broken and we had to go to a completely different hotel for a night. When we came back the next day we were placed into a different room and the heater was blowing cold air. it took 35+ minutes for them to fix it. Our trip was based off of this issue and we wasted a lot of time when we could’ve been out enjoying ourselves. it was extremely frustrating and stressful
