Host was quick to respond and the place was perfect for our dog. There is a fenced in dog park right across the street and a dog daycare (House of Paws) very close by as well. We had a great time!

The place was very clean, and the host was quick to respond to our inquiries. Parking was free on the surrounding streets, but sometimes it was a challenge to find a space, and we ended up parking several blocks away a couple of times. We never used the kitchen, but it looked nice.

We stayed here with family for a long weekend. Apartment was great for the weekend stay! Rooms are small but we were there except for sleeping. Coffee shop on the block was great and is across the street from a playground.

Overall a cute place to stay. The sheets on the twin trundle bed seemed a little dirty but the host was very responsive to fixing the issue. We had a little bit of an issue with spiders and crickets in the front bedroom, but besides that, we enjoyed staying here

Painless and easy

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and check in was easy. Having three bedrooms was great for our family with two small kids. Walking distance to a nice coffee shop and fresh market.

Fabulous communication, easy parking, great stay!

We loved our time in Logan Square - the ease of free street parking, the cleanliness and location right next to a fabulous coffee shop were perfect! The owner was responsive and came on-site when we had an issue with the thermostat! We appreciated that so much!!

Clean, Updated Garden Apartment Near Logan Square

Clean and updated *garden apartment* on the border of Avondale and Logan Square. Walking distance to top-notch coffee shops and restaurants, with a great park/dog park across the street. Kevin was a responsive host who frequently checked in to make sure we had what we needed! Parking is sometimes hard to come by, especially at night, as this apartment is on a busy street. Overall, this was a convenient and comfortable home base for my wife and I, and our dog.

More than we expected

The home was clean and amenities well stocked. We stayed for a week over the holidays and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Kevin, our host, is super responsive. Highly recommend. Oh, the location is good, too. Short walk to grocery and coffee shop.

Logan Square Gem

This VRBO has everything your party needs while visiting Chicago. Ample size kitchen with all the amenities and washer/dryer for those times you get caught in a soaker or winter storm. The living space and dining area is sufficient for catching up, playing board games or reading (books were also provided)! The bathroom is on the small side so plan accordingly when sharing with a crew. Nice to have a bathtub too if you have a family with small children staying. The apartment was clean as well. As far as proximity to the Loop or Logan Square, there is a bus stop right on the corner so one could ride the bus to the train station or to all the goodness that is Logan Square. Lots of dining options in and around the area. The park across the street is nice and walking around the area was pleasant. If you drive, street parking is free in and around the area, just know everyone is doing it. The bonus of the property is it’s location so it seemed it was easier to find a spot in front or on the other side of the street. Overall, a great value for family or friends and close enough to the Loop that you don’t feel like it takes all day to get there!

Great home base for our family

We had a great weeklong stay at Kevin's apartment. He was a very responsive host, always replying to messages quickly, and the property was perfect for our group. Three bedrooms gave us all enough space to sleep well, and the park/pool across the street were great places to move around at the end of the day. Walking distance to the Logan Square stop on the blue line, and there was always street parking in front of the apartment during our visit. Great place for our group's visit!
