The location is great. Couldn’t ask for better. Staff was helpful and cheerful. The rooms are nicely updated and facilities as inviting. A couple of heads up. If you want a glass in your room or ice, get it from the bar. There are no washcloths if that is an issue for you. Maybe you can ask for one at the desk. There was no walking around the bed. it was walled on three sides. You crawl across to get to the space on the far side. Once there, there is no plug or shelf for a book or phone.

OK, I stayed there with my family for two days. The location is perfect. It is less than a minute away from them Mag mile. If you’re driving, the parking garage is are extremely close and do register your car before you enter the garage or you will be paying full price one thing because it was a Marriott I was expecting is complementary water and towels. There were just two towels. There is no water or complementary coffee there rooms are tiny, which is to be expected in such a big city for such good rates. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Overall wonderful stay! Great friendly staff. Excellent gym amenity. Simple no hassle booking. I would say, it was hard to get information prior to my arrival. The phones never picked up; however, when we actually arrived, check in was very easy and no concerns. That's why I didn't give it 5 stars.

My fridge didn’t work, the staff lied to me about premium rooms being available. My sister also stayed at the hotel and booked a premium room at 1:00 PM, I asked them when we got there at 11:30 AM and they said nothing was open but was available to book a room. Room service was barely ever seen.
