The location is great. Couldn’t ask for better. Staff was helpful and cheerful. The rooms are nicely updated and facilities as inviting. A couple of heads up. If you want a glass in your room or ice, get it from the bar. There are no washcloths if that is an issue for you. Maybe you can ask for one at the desk. There was no walking around the bed. it was walled on three sides. You crawl across to get to the space on the far side. Once there, there is no plug or shelf for a book or phone.

The lobby and lounge/bar areas were great. The expectation for the room was underwhelming based off of pictures from hotels.com and irl. The room was very small, smaller than any room I’ve ever been in. Even smaller than in NYC (iykyk). That’s our only complaint. Everything else as well as everyone was great

The room was spotless clean and beautiful. It’s a very modern concept with and I pad that you can use to control the Lighting, ambient lighting, music , blinds and TV. Very fun and original experience! The personnel was super nice specially Jenetta went above and beyond to be sure we got a great 1st time experience. Definitely this will our favorite hotel in Downtown moving forward!
