Had a good stay at the hotel, excellent staff and the room was ideal for our needs. Let down a lot by some terrible food on the first day - initially unable to order food at lunch despite being a guest. I understand they had a function but perhaps just letting guests know so they could either order before or make alternate arrangements. Then when we did order at dinner - food took 1 hour and when chased came immediately and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time as was dry and inedible. Breakfast good each morning. So staff and venue great - food - perhaps we hit a bad day!

Being from out of the area and old lol,i needed clear instructions. Looking at reviews it stated after january reception will be at the back.arrive no problem ,park up.myself and my son checked quiet a few doors to find this reception.bit of a maze for a first timer. Would recommend clear sighnage pointing the way over/ next to every door.yes im thick lol ,and tired.long trip.never tried the food so i cant comment. But i find 15 for a breakfast excessive.,considering wot is in the price.all in all liked the place and would stay again .thankyou

A smashing hotel. Lovely decor, well kept and clean. The breakfasts were tasty and generous. The staff went out of their way to be kind and friendly. A great stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Best Hotel in UK with charm and service

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in the UK!! It has everything you want, plus amazing charm! It is fully updated and renovated, the pub is super clean, the room has every amenity you could think of including a nice nespresso maker, the area is stunning next to the river, the food is ace…I wish my entire London stay could have been at The Bridge!!!
