From the moment I arrived to the morning I left I had the best customer service I could have asked for. The room was exactly what I needed for an early work event the following day, the amenities in the room where perfect. I would recommend if you have any golfing events in this area.

2 x days out of the 3 day stay, they forgot to clean our room and we had to call reception and make a request for cleaners at midnight. They charge an extra £14 per day for parking, when booking your stay through hotels.com, whilst parking is free if you book your room directly with the hotel !! I guess this is a loophole they have to recover the fees they pay hotels.com. Carpets in the room are old and feel dirty.

Excellent size room, Great location and views of Mercedes Benz track. Extremely uncomfortable, aged soft spring mattress. Very uncomfortable and basic pillows. Extremely poor lighting in the room. Almost impossible to properly see anything.

Staff are incredibly helpful and genuine, Hotel condition is exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful! Cannot Recommend highly enough!

Great location and facilities, arrived earlier and then had to pay another £15 to check in early which, considering this is not a budget hotel, I was not happy about. The bed was way too soft. Spa facilities were good
