Vacation

Code to get in didn’t work upon arrival, finally got in. House smelled like bug spray and the upstairs was very hot. We had to go buy a fan and it was still hot. Ok for price.

Charming

It was a charming property, but made me realize as a less than fully able-bodied person, I need a walk in shower. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Not a B&B

There was no one on the premises except other guests. No TV and no breakfast. Nice place well maintained but a disappointment.

Wonderful getaway within walking distance of downtown Waynesville

This was a beautiful home full of history. The rooms were decorated with great old furniture that made it feel like we went back in time. The bathroom was great with the old tub and shower. The water pressure was so good and plenty of hot water. The house does make noises when people walk around, but that is to be excepted since the house is so old. The communication was very good with Rodney and I would absolutely stay again.
