The room was unreasonably small, and basic amenities such as toothpaste and a shower cap were not provided. I understand that hotels in Hong Kong are expensive, but this was not a budget hotel either. The hair dryer was of very poor quality, worse than what I’ve experienced in many mainland China hotels, despite the hotel being labeled as a five-star property. The only aspect I truly appreciated was the dining. One restaurant on the first floor was decent and had a luxurious feel. However, there were no other dining options available during the daytime. Reservations were required, and restaurants only opened at night. On a positive note, the hotel does provide a free shuttle service to the airport.

The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. I woke up with backaches. Other than that, the room was small but adequate. The shuttles are too far apart. Could use smaller vans to transport guests with no luggage.
