I was terribly disappointed for a La Quinta. Not only did I find cockroaches there, but when I did not want to stay there, they said they could not do anything for me until the exterminator verified that there were cockroaches, even though I tried to show them the pictures if there was a way to share them here I would you guys need to do way better if you want to charge that much for your hotel rooms

Room clean, upon arrival desk clerk outside smoking. But came in immediately. No one at desk to get a receipt upon check out. Returned several hours later after check out to get something out of the freezer in room. The clerk was eating at a table in the lobby.

The Room was damage, holes in the bathroom door and there were bed bugs in the bed found on the backboard and pillow. This property appeared very neglected compared to the La Quinta we have stayed in the past.
