Charming house of 30m² habitable with enclosed garden of 60m² and indoor parking space.
I invite you to spend your vacation in a quiet location in Chatelaillon-plage, 200 meters from the beach. The house is equipped with all the necessary (sheets / towels provided, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob..) All you have to do is enjoy and rest!
In summer a barbecue is available as well as tables and chairs in the garden.
I invite you to spend your vacation in a quiet location in Chatelaillon-plage, 200 meters from the beach. The house is equipped with all the necessary (sheets / towels provided, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob..) All you have to do is enjoy and rest!

Excellent séjour
Petite maison très cosy, pleine de charme et de confort. Proximité plage et commerce très appréciable, garer la voiture dans la cour est un + ainsi que le jardin. Je recommande cette location et remercie Brice pour son accueil.

Je ne recommande pas
Le propriétaire n’était pas présent mais joignable par téléphone, la procédure d'arrivée était simple et le ménage fait.
La maisonnette semble accueillante mais sa situation à proximité d’un rond point n’est pas idéale... bruit des bus, motos et tracteurs des boucholeurs, quand on dort les fenêtres ouvertes, à cause de la chaleur sous les combles, cela gâche vos nuits...
De plus une odeur de remontée d’égouts venait régulièrement, malgré la VMC en marche continuellement toute la journée.
Bref, je ne peux pas recommander cette maison.

Les boucholeurs
Maison agréable pour deux personnes mobiles. L'escalier pour monter dans la chambre est peu pratique.
La maison est petite et fonctionnelle avec un jardinet et une terrasse couverte très agréable lorsque le temps est maussade.
