We found the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very nice, but the bed was not very comfortable…the mattress had collapsed on one side, which caused that person to have to move into the center…not great. And we had a very noisy person walking above us…at all hours. But beautiful house, great walk ability, good parking and breakfast included, so all good points.

Pleasant Spot - Great Location

We had a room with Kitchenette but never did cook there. Included breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. Other meals were eaten out. No one told us we had to restock the Keurig with capsules available elsewhere in the hotel, so our first morning we just thought we had been overlooked. We appreciated the fact that there was detergent supplied for the washing machine. The walls were a bit thin so our neighbours were easily overheard… and us by them I suppose.

Nice, clean old little place. Lovely staff. Great and fast breakfast service. Only thing all wood floors. Could use a throw carpet next to the bed its brutal cold putting your feet down in the am when you dont pack slippers.

Great location, close to downtown with many nearby restaurants and close to the waterfront and a local park, yet nestled in a residential area that was quiet. The room was wonderful -- spacious, with excellent amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Free parking on site. We felt very comfortable.
