The location was convenient, and the buffet was agreeable. We stayed in a drive-up room. The room smelled musty upon arrival, and the air conditioner was so loud and kicked on numerous times overnight, waking us up at each interval. The bathroom shower was unfortunately tiled with evidence of mold starting as well as the pink bacteria Serratia marcescens. This was also the only hotel we stayed at that actually took a deposit in case of damages, rather than just keeping the card number temporarily on file.

The old motel section we were in was okay but the heating cooling was an old poorly installed very noisy window ac. The main building looks very nice.

Housekeeping needs some training, when I pay $285.00 per night I expect the bed to be made, garbage emptied, fresh towels and the bathroom cleaned. Spent 4 days there and it was really hit and miss and never did get fresh towels or the bathroom cleaned. They did offer a good selection of items on the breakfast bar.

We stayed here for a 12th birthday and the kids had a great time. Highly recommend the loft room, pool, and games room! Easily walkable to the mall, movie theatre, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast in the morning was delicious too!

Avoid - 2• hotel at 4* prices

We were shocked when we entered the hotel it felt like something out of psycho. There was no lift to get our luggage to the room. We walked through a dark and dingy conference hall to reach a door upstairs. The carpet on the stairs was filthy and stained. There was a very sickly plug in air freshener at the bottom of the stairs. At the top of the stairs we had another door which had a ramp with hazard tape to lower us down to the floor. The rooms on this floor all had a step up in to them!!!!! The room was dark, very outdated, ripped curtains, basically shabby. I have no idea how other people have rated this a good hotel it is 2 • at best
