Charming historic Victorian home, a true B&B experience! Lovely and well-appointed inn, in a home once owned by the Cunard family, of Cunard cruises fame. Included a light breakfast served in a beautiful dining room, with antique silverware and lovely ceramic diningware. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. It's a perfect introduction to Charlottetown and the island. (The location is tucked away behind other homes and along a small lane, not visible from the main road. Can be a little challenging to find in the dark. There is a sign on the main road, though, and the house is on the right once you go ~100m down the lane.)

The Elmwood is an enchanting place to rest our vacation weary bodies. The Violet, the owner, was very accomodating to our ask for an extention to our stay. Both of the rooms we stayed in were very beautiful and full of memories of a past life with past occupants of the Inn.
