Does what it says on the tin but is more a motel than hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location as it's in the historic area and about ten minutes walk from the waterfront. Breakfast was good.

Visited in September. I was originally assigned a room, but when I walked in, it smelled of stinky shoes. I figured it would go away, so I asked for Febreeze, which they provided, and went for a walk. When I came back, the smell was the same. I asked if I could get a different room and they switched me to a room with a balcony. They were very nice and polite and wanted to make sure my stay was satisfactory. Breakfast was nice as well. I would stay there again, but book a balcony as the view on the other side isn't very nice

Good breakfast, easy and walkable. Nice staff. Place is a little old, musty smelling and walls are thin, but rooms were modern, bed very comfortable, good for the price. I would recommend this place

We stayed two nights in the spacious and modern 1 bed unit with a small kitchen. The unit is really comfortable and the hotel is centrally located. We would have given it 5 stars if the wifi was working in our unit. There was wifi in the lobby but for some reasons it is not working in our unit.

First look, the hotel looks dated but the rooms have been renovated nicely! They have everything you can think of available to you. The breakfast provided in the morning was phenomenal! Warm and cold foods with fresh fruit. Beds were decently comfortable, the only downside is if you have mobility issues, there are quite a few stairs around the property and no elevator. It’s so close to restaurants and downtown! I loved it! Recommendation for a restaurant - pilot around the corner was delicious!

The property definitely needs an upgrade. As it is quite tired and worn. The room, which we had. It was a suite in my view should’ve had at least some sort of a kitchenette, but instead had only a small drink fridge.

This property is a glorified motel. Most rooms are only accessible from the outside which means you’re sleeping in the parking lot. We had to keep the blinds closed at all times because of this. The room is not soundproof, we could hear the suite above us walking around at all hours. The bathroom is no bigger than a postage stamp. I was afraid of knocking something down the toilet because there was no space. The bathroom also felt unclean. The shower is for a short person. The towels were threadbare and ripped on the edges. The room is renovated to seem modern except the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay there again.
