Budget friendly hotel centrally located. I'm the midst of Reno's when we were there. Pool and exercise facilities were nice to have and included breakfast was a bonus. The sheets had some stains on them.

Lovely location in a historic central Charlottetown neighbourhood. Service is good, friendly. The buildng itself is old and needs updating, and is being slowly renovated.

Hi - hotel was under construction (not explained at time of booking) also two different buildings to the complex (again not explained at time of booking), however staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Great location for exploring Charlotte town - lower price than those hotels only 2-3 blocks away.

Other than the staff the property was not worth the price per night. You are not told that the rooms are in a separate building across a busy street. There is no dining facility associated with the hotel. The hotel is very old and so are the rooms and carpeting. Because it is old it is also noisy with pipes creaking and banging.and noise from other guest coming through the walls. It is well worth spending an additional $30-$50 per night more for comfort.

The staff lied about the condition of the room both online and in person. Furnishing were garage sale quality at best. The place was under construction and a total mess. The taps in the kitchenette were falling off. The air conditioning did not work. The cupboards were such that I would not put dogfood in them… I love dogs…. I complained to the staff and all they did was say… sorry, sorry, sorry. Even the Expedia website “lied” by showing only the highest customer ratings on their page. Very deceptive practice. I shall not use either one again.

Rooms clean and air conditioning worked well.Door at entry of Conference building needed a light. Door locked at 10 pm which was slightly inconvenient perhaps this was why no lightning provided in area. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed having adjoining rooms with our friends. Breakfast buffet basic continental. Staff could be better informed on food standards as I saw staff return an uneaten muffin left on counter back in to serving area on buffet.

This location is under renovations however it wasn’t noisy nor was the new stuff dirty. You could tell that the carpets are old, but they were in the process of replacing. The beds were insanely comfortable. The room was already cold when we arrived, which was amazing because it was an extremely hot day. The pool was good. The breakfast was not that good watch. A few other guests mentioned to me as we were trying to figure out what we would eat, the safest items that we all agreed upon was cereal and toast. They also had a waffle maker. However, the batter wasn’t pleasant. I have three children which two of them love waffles and they took a couple bites and wouldn’t eat the rest. Also in the dining area the staff stand and watch you and try to take over while you’re doing things.

The property is conveniently located to the historic area of Charllotetown. If you like walking, you can even go to the harbourfront. The property is under renovation but unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to enjoy the newly renovated room. There’s not much selection for breakfast however, it is enough to start the day.

This place was very overpriced for what it is. Paid over $600 for two nights and had a loud “leak” sound that sounded like a waterfall going all night. Complained to front desk as my children couldn’t sleep and were scared. We had to stay in that room all night, got no sleep. Very dirty stained up rooms. Would not recommend. This “accommodation” ruined the first two nights of our vacation.
