Great room with a smoking ammenity. Ground floor room as requested. I wasn't disturbed once by staff at the inn. That said there appeared to be a lot of foot traffic...it was a bit disconcerting when someone knocked on my door at midnight and then ran away. Overall i would stay here again. The price is reasonable and it's comfortable and clean.

Everyone was really polite. The continental breakfast was good. The check in process was easy. It was clean and well maintained for the most part. The only thing i would say is after the winter storm we had the parking lot became hazard. It was difficult at points to enter and leave.

Overall the room was clean and warm, which I appreciated. There were some issues that I could have overlooked, but other issues were more major. First, the rooms are not well insulated from sound, so you hear everything happening right outside of your room and many things happening in the rooms next to you.

The breakfast was limited to waffles and dry cereal. Parking was limited. The motel had no elevator and the only stairwell was outside on the other side of the building. Access to the hotel was limited. The cleaning was poor with mold on the bathroom tile grout. The cleaning crew did not clean the bathroom the entire 10 days I was there. I found jewelry on the bedside table from previous guests so they don't dust or clean the surfaces.
