Our hotel rooms stopped the cleanest. There was fingerprints on our bathroom door and walls. Room floor had problems on them like it hadn’t been slept the front desk. I am doing great, but showed pictures of a weight and he said that he had one in the pool is supposed to open April 1 and the pool is empty. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it definitely needs to help in the cleaning department. Definitely not the cleanest hotel.

Except for the elevator. It was a pleasant trip for a quick weekend stay. The bed was a little messed up. We didn't complain. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing on all shifts!!!

Ciso was really great, he helped changed my reservation do to the ice storm they were having. I couldn’t make it the week I was supposed to go. The hotel was very clean and the staff was really nice. Enjoyed my stay, will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

The room was clean and spacious. Above all, the front desk and hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, and professional despite a hectic day of a bad snow storm.

The staff are amazing always greeting you with a smile. They have a bagel bar in the morning which is great to grab and run if need be or sit and eat. The only downfall is the elevator is broke. We had to walk to the 4th floor with all of our stuff.

We stay here when we come to Kannapolis and don’t feel like driving back home which is often, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience.The hotel is extremely clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, with no hassle at all, perfect when traveling with a child. The staff truly stood out: everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel right at home from start to finish. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a smooth, stress-free stay.
