The young lady that checked us in was perfect! She is professional, nice, kind, and very helpful. The establishment itself lacks updates, there were many soldiers there and the hotel ran out of eggs, and the carpet was old. Holiday Inn makes a lot of $$ and the location could be remodeled.

Clean and comfy

I didn't like that when I called for early check in around 1:00 I was flat out told no! Front desk lady was not polite, wasn't helpful at all, and just said "no way not until 4:00". She didn't say I don't have anything right now but if you want to check back in an hour or so I'll see what I can do... No just flatly NO. I said well "the hot tub is up and running right?" She replied we don't have a hot tub. I said well your web site says you do and I wouldn't have booked the room otherwise. I always hotel in places that have hot tubs. She replied "well I cancel your reservation if you'd like, but we don't have a hot tub and have never had a hot tub"! She was absolutely ridiculous in everyway. She just kept saying "well, you can cancel". So when we got there to check in I said you all need to address the hot tub issue on your website because it's flat out false advertising. Again she was confrontational and said "no one has ever said anything about a hot tub being listed in the amenities before, so you must be looking at the wrong website". I said, why don't you pull up the website right now so you can see what I'm talking about.She just said "no" you're the only person that has ever seen it.We get to the room and it's a nice room but there are several strands and I mean very noticeable strands of long hair dryed to the shower wall.It was addressed but she is not a very good customer service person and I personally will never stay in the Holiday Inn Express again.

Need to clean up exterior around front entrance, otherwise the staff was excellent.

Staff was friendly! My daughter loved the pool, great for getting her energy out while traveling.

Great location. Clean and quiet. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Clerk at check in was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.

My bf and I stayed here for the night to avoid a long drive home after a concert. This hotel was great! Room was big, king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We had leftover drinks/water from the concert so having the mini fridge was perfect. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

I was here for business. I stayed a week, and used plastic to cover it. The staff was courteous and the value was equitable. I stayed here by myself for business and then again for family road trip. They provide a buffet style breakfast and once a week they cater from local vendors for the guests. I would recommend this inn to friends and family.

Cons. Smells like nursing home, bed springy, aging hotel, wifi weak coverage. Pros. Close to Walmart, free breakfast, close to highway. We stayed one night then check into country inn and suites. Country inn was awesome. County inn smells great, has free breakfast, wifi and close to highway, comfy beds and friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Very clean. My only negative comment is in regards to the loud noise from a male cleaning the parking lot of Sam's Club with a leaf blower at almost Midnight. Sam's Club is next to the hotel. I was tired and trying to go to sleep after driving nearly 4 hrs. I called the front to inquire about the noise and was advised of the cleaning. An apology was offered, but that's it. I'm not sure if there's anything hotel management can do, but it would not hurt for hotel management to speak with Sam's club mgmt about possibly scheduling the parking lot cleaning at an amenable time for both businesses.
