There is $150 deposit before you can even check it. We were told we would get the deposit back once they counted the towels. The first room they checked us in already had someone staying in it which the front desk was not aware of The second room that they had to stay in was quite a dump. We only stayed two nights because the second night the tenants in the room next to us screamed the old and fought all night long which you could hear through the paper thin walls

The convenience of the location and the 3rd shift front desk gentleman (african american) pleasant helpful ..The check in female gave wrong room.Keys didnt work Blatently lied to me ( a guest) about the room..The gave the run around to another guest the following day...I will take this opportunity to i form you that i will NEVER support this business/company again in the future

Disnt get to stay or make it pass the lobby booked 2 rooms through orbit and got there to find out the hotel wants 300 more dollars for the security deposit i explained to the clerk and orbit i didnt have it.so me and 3 grandkids had to stay in car alnight called orbit seems they cant do anything hotel kept money for both room im 51 and had my 3 grankids what could we possibly do.glad oyo in kannapolis and orbit can get rich by not letting us stay after 200 was spent on rooms its sad
