This was our third visit to this property, that alone speaks volumes! The home is beautiful, spacious and close to everything. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for family gatherings. The kids can play in the living room while dad cooks and mom sits in the dinning room drinking tea, yet all together in one space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The patio is a nice spot to end the evening with a glass of wine. It's the perfect size with table and chairs. I like everything about this property and always feel as if I'm home. The one thing that I love the most is the interaction with Anusha. She responds promptly, she's professional with a healthy sprinkle of friendliness and doesn't just interact, she gets the job done, promptly!! This has become our only option for lodging when we come to visit our grandson. We have stayed in many Vrbo's around the country and this is our all time favorite!!

This home was absolutely a home away from home, with all of the amenities that we needed. The location was perfect and the neighborhood is well kept. We definitely hope to return in the future when visiting Charlotte.

A true home away from home.

This was our second time staying at this property and will not be the last. The home is very spacious and has everything you need. The simplicity of checking in and checking out makes it feel as if you are just coming home or leaving home. It's very well maintained and if you have any issue's Anusha WILL address them immediately. Your well being and comfort are definitely a priority. Trust and believe booking this property will be a great choice. This will definitely continue to be our go to when in NC. Its a very lovely comfortable and clean home.

Great Stay, Great Location

Beautiful townhouse located in a nice neighborhood. Located about 30 minutes from downtown which was ok with us; we preferred to be a little further out for peace and quiet. The home and was neat, clean, and inviting. No issues with checking in and the host’sinstructions were clear. I will say that the hot water did not get as hot as I would have liked and did not stay hot long. Could also use more towels and washcloths but we brought our own. Other than n that everything was perfect and would stay again or recommend to anyone else.

Family Friendly

This property is beautiful! The pictures online are exactly what you will see upon entering this spacious open floor plan family friendly home. The family can be in three parts of the house yet still be all together. The living, kitchen and dinning rooms all open and connected. You will not mind washing dishes in this beautifully situated kitchen. There are steps to climb to the bedrooms and it gives you a good workout. The beds are firm and surprisingly comfortable, you will sleep like a baby. There are 3 nice spacious bathrooms, with master having very good water pressure and walk in shower. The weather was way too cold to enjoy the patio but for warmer weather, although not private, will be a nice spot for evening cocktails or tea. I can’t leave out Anusha, she was always available to answer questions or concerns. I felt that she was genuinely concerned about our comfort and happiness. Can’t wait for our next stay. Definitely recommend this property if you’re in search of a nice place to stay with family.

Excellent Holiday Stay

This property is amazing and the host is very responsive and kind. We stayed here over Thanksgiving holiday and really appreciated the decor, overall ambience, and great location. The kitchen is well appointed and bathrooms are clean and modern

Wedding weekend

We were in town for a wedding. Being able to spend time with family and having our own space was wonderful. The townhome was as described. Very close to grocery store, gas stations and whitewater center. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs so might not be ideal for small children or older/disabled guests.

It was ok

I was very pleased to be able to take my dog. The house was quiet. The main bedroom needs blackout drapes. Also the hvac system was set at 70 and could not be adjusted which is warm for sleeping to me. The area would be great if you were using the whitewater training camp but nothing else is close. The house was slightly grimy and needs a thorough cleaning. There was food on the floor in the kitchen from a previous visitor. Also the contract I received from the host wasn’t sent until the last minute and then it was wrong. It added undue stress to the trip.

Mini vacation

I would rate the house at 10 out of 10 the house was awesome and accommodated all my guest.Host was quick with there response! Parking was great and we had 3 SUV’s fit perfectly!We weren’t far from anything! I love the space and the furniture, the decorations. Love that most rooms had a mirror! Only thing I would recommend is more cleaning supplies etc but we’ll definitely be returning

Amazing Stay !

I was a little skeptical at 1st because I don’t like to book when there are no reviews. The host was communicative & very helpful. I received all information in less than 24 hours. We stayed for my birthday trip. The home is brand spanking new! It’s modern & very clean. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Comfortable beds & pillows. The patio area out back is open but all the neighbors are quiet. There’s a grocery store, some food places & 2 gas stations within a few blocks. Easy access to the night life. Everything enjoyable, malls, clubs ..etc will probably be about 15-25 minutes at most. 3 spacious bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The girls and I would definitely stay again. I would even stay if I came with my kids. Definitely 5 stars! I left my sewing machine and the host met a family friend at the home so I could retrieve it. She even offered to ship it immediately. Amazing hospitality.
