This is a clean , comfortable unit with plenty of natural light and two porches. It is one of four units in a condominium with a secure lock with code to enter the building. It is located downtown Cornelius , convenient to groceries, shopping and other restaurants. There is plenty of closet space for storage. The neighborhood felt very safe and pet friendly..
