Hotel was safe and convenient, but rooms are worn, dated, and not as clean as I would have expected. Furniture is worn and ragged. TVs are old-school and don’t have streaming options. Kitchen was greasy on some surfaces. Appliances, walls, bathroom, doors were worn and scuffed. Lightbulbs were burnt out in kitchen and bedroom. Bed had huge sunken area from overuse. I don’t criticize often - but this hotel was just ok. Not a great option if you really want a nice room/suite. Very safe and convenient to Charleston and amazing restaurants. Parking was good. Would probably not stay here again…it just felt shabby and not spotless.
Doors to bathroom were scuffed badly and didn’t close all the way.
Lightbulbs burnt out in bedroom. This was the only light in the bedroom area.

GREAT place to stay in Mt. Pleasant! Easy access to everything Charleston. Hotel is spotless and staff goes above and beyond to ensure a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is promptly served daily and satisfies with an array of options. Tom, the General Manager, is present and interested in your experience at the hotel. Very pleased and would most definately come back!

I loved the kitchen in the suite. We stayed a week and it was very helpful to be able to prepare some of our meals. The daily breakfast helped as well. It was delicious and the staff was great and very accommodating.

Overall it was great, One day our room was not cleaned and we expected it would be as we were gone all afternoon ! The other mild irritation was the pooled was not unlocked by mid afternoon, even though the hours were 8a-7pm! We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in early. The room was wonderful. Breakfast was delightful and we enjoyed it. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
