Everything! The hotel was going through construction but i could barely tell. The staff adjusted to changes and made me as a guest adapt to the many changes. I stayed there for 10 days and I loved it all! The indoor pool was my main draw since my grand daughters visited often. The breakfast was always hot & plentiful and clean. The staff kept it clean and filled! I must say, staff was a little chintzy with the paper goods. I had a cold and wanted a second box if tissues- nope. So I had to buy one at CVS. Also- I didnt have the room cleaned often, so I did save you $$$$. The parking was horrible-horrible!!! I know there is not much you can do about it, however I needed to say that! I spent a crazy amt of money on parking. By the way, although I only used Valet once, those guys were great! So friendly and helpful to me and other guests as I observed. I also know they were in great shape with all the running they did to place & retrieve cars!!! That was amazing to watch! Thank you Hyatt House, from the maintenance guys, the breakfast staff , front desk staff, and everyone, thank you!
