Hidden little off season gem

We had just arrivedette in Venice and was looking for something off the beaten path a little and found the Eurobeach Resilence and were quite happy. The Internet did go out for the last 2 of 5 days we were there in addition to the owner not speaking any English but it all worked out with a little bit of translation help and we had a great time. Great balcony views and the kitchenette came in very handy for a longer stay.

Die Beschreibung hier sollte genauer sein

Das Objekt befindet sich (für mich) in fantastischer Lage, mitten in Ca´di Valle, DIREKT am Strand. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und kleinere Läden gut erreichbar, am Strand gibt es Lokale und Kioske; aber nicht ZU viele. Haus und Anlage werden von einem sehr freundlichen Hausmeister ständig liebevoll gepflegt, sodass man dem Haus und der Anlage seine Jahre gar nicht anmerkt (dürfte schon 20 Jahre alt sein). Der Pool war sogar Ende Oktober noch gefüllt und gepflegt, sodass man an warmen Tagen gut schwimmen gehen konnte. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es wegen der irreführenden Objektbeschreibung hier auf der Seite. Ich konnte daraus nicht erkennen, dass ein Zimmer mit Meerblick Aufpreis kostet und dass die Endreinigung und Kurtaxe extra gezahlt werden muss. Auch die Klimaanlage hätte extra gekostet, wenn ich sie gebraucht hätte. Wenn man das vorher weiß, ist alles in Ordnung; das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt trotzdem noch. Nur die Überraschung beim Einchecken war unangenehm. Ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt: In meinem Zimmer war der Kühlschrank leider relativ laut, sodass ich nachts Ohropax genommen habe. Der Hausmeister hätte sich aber sicher gekümmert, wenn ich etwas gesagt hätte. Alles in allem haben Service vor Ort, Zustand des Aparthotels und die Lage absolut überzeugt. Immer wieder gerne.

Cercavo una struttura fronte mare con piscina per la mia bambina di 10 anni e una spiaggia grande per me e la mia compagna ...ho trovato tutto quello che cercavo Camere pulite e confortevoli bagno piuttosto grande e docce sempre calde Non mi è piaciuto che estranei usino la proprietà privata per accedere al mare... Lo consiglio

Reasonable price; located near ferry to Venice

It's OK for October/ November season. For the summer season it is located right on the beach and has also large swimming pool for kids. Note: no linen for beds and no towels are provided. Each room has a small kitchen and wash machine. Good for family summer vacation.
