This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever booked. Thoroughly remodeled unit, very well appointed. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. No A/C, but ceiling fans throughout keep the air moving. Would gladly stay there again, and highly recommended!

Great Location

Very comfortable apartment. Loved being a block from the beach and within walking distance of town, restaurants and train. Nice to have laundry facility on premises. WiFi dropped a couple of times during our 2 day/2 night stay and it's an apartment complex, so there was neighbor noise from time to time, but location and comfort more than balanced those things out. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay

Great location less than a block to the beach, and easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Spotlessly clean apartment and property with lots of nice touches. Comfortable bed and nicely stocked kitchen. Not a lot of insulation so sound does travel, but the same is true of a lot of other places we’ve stayed. Would definitely stay again.

Second time staying in the building. The apartments are well equipment, clean and I love the landscaping. The garden smell wonderful and everything is very clean and welcoming. It's home away from home!

Awesome facility

The apartment we rented for a girl's getaway was beautiful. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. There were four of us and the two bedroom, two bath was perfect. It was in a great location and the owner was very friendly but not intrusive. We will be back!

Excellent location, great apartment

This place has such a great location and the apartment had everything we needed. Parking can be a little busy during the day on weekends, but that’s because it’s such a great location. Elena was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place and we will certainly be back!

A Wonderful Little Getaway

Lovely mid-century California-style apartment complex! The apartment we stayed in was fantastic with a modern interior that was roomy, wonderfully appointed with a fantastic kitchen. The entire complex was serene and quiet, and it's right down the street from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the downtown Linden St area with its restaurants and shops. Totally worth it!!

A pleasant Surprise

This property is a newly remodeled apartment. We stayed upstairs in unit 14. It was quiet, clean and airy. Very nicely decorated with, as far as I could tell, everything new. The beds were excellent (firm) and the the place felt like home. It is close to the beach and close to old town Carpenteria. Many great places to eat and see in Carpenteria. This is a family owned apartment building with a very long history and an obvious passion for clean and convenient family style apartments. The history of the Apartments and this family is inspiring. They had an early vision for this property that is being fulfilled. I recommend it without reservation, and will stay again when I am in the area.

Perfect beach location

Great location literally one block from the gorgeous beach. Very comfortable unit and quiet building. We had a couple issues with a dysfunctional door lock but Elena’s was extremely responsive to any requests. Laundry facility is not in- unit but there is one available in the building. Great stay!

Best one ever

This was by far the best vacation rental experience we have had. The place was spotless and beautiful. The location was perfect, literally 100 yards from the beach. Parking on the street was easy. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Carpinteria is a perfect small town with great amenities. We will stay here again for sure.

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location in Carpinteria. Booking and communication were easy. Everything was so comfortable and access to the beach was excellent. Everything in Carpinteria is easily walkable from here as well. Would definitely stay here again!
